Welcome to Steel Building. By using our website, interactive 3D estimator, or submitting configuration quotes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Interactive 3D Estimator

The pricing displayed through our interactive 3D estimator is for informational and educational purposes only. It represents a non-binding base material estimate. Final contract pricing is subject to revision based on:

Local building code certifications (specific snow loads, seismic factors, and wind speed parameters).
Dynamic steel raw material market price fluctuations.
In-route freight rates, special flatbed delivery logistics, and heavy-equipment property access requirements.
Anchor bolt configurations, slab design variations, and structural engineering approvals.

2. Affiliate Partnerships & Fulfilment

You acknowledge that Steel Building operates as an automated design, routing, and affiliate platform. We connect prospective building buyers with professional steel fabricators, general contractors, and manufacturing affiliates. We may receive commissions, referral fees, or affiliate compensation from partner factories when your design proceeds to purchase, manufacture, or construction phases.

3. Permits, HOA, and Site Preparation

The purchaser is solely responsible for verifying and obtaining all required municipal zoning permits, architectural site approvals, HOA variances, and concrete foundation engineering compliance. Steel Building and its affiliates do not verify local property setbacks, subterranean utility clearance, or easement restrictions. Adequate clear property access for heavy delivery trucks is required at the time of delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

The interactive 3D estimator assets, custom textures, digital configuration databases, and page designs displayed on this website are protected by trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to configure and share custom buildings for your private property evaluation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Steel Building, its directors, developers, or manufacturing affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, construction delays, concrete slab mismatches, missed engineering deadlines, or local zoning fines) arising out of your utilization of our digital design tools.
